The Luminor Graduate programme is a 12-month continuous learning journey for what you also get paid. It’s an immersive and fulfilling experience during which you will have an amazing opportunity to learn, grow and develop as a professional in the Corporate Banking community. Join the Corporate Banking graduate programme, and you’ll find yourself in one of the areas: Cash Management, Corporate Banking, Markets, Leasing & Factoring, Corporate Credit Products and Trade Finance & Financial institutions. Each has a crucial role in helping Luminor clients to achieve their goals.
3-on-site rotations throughout the programme
This will allow you to explore different areas of Corporate Banking.
2 group projects throughout the programme
This will require cross-country collaboration, innovative & creative thinking skills, determination and great communication skills.
3 pan-Baltic meetings
For these meetings, you will travel across Baltic states, and meet clients and colleagues to work on assigned projects.
Mentorship
A mentor will be assigned to you who will support you throughout the programme. Also, you will have an opportunity to meet and learn from the Head of Corporate Banking.
Nordic Business Forum
You will get access to the forum where a number of experts and professionals will share their knowledge and insights on specific topics.
Workshops and trainings
Throughout the programme, you will have a number of opportunities to join internal workshops and trainings that will help you to improve and develop personal and professional skills.
