Senior Application Administrator

The Senior Application Administrator will be responsible for managing of Core Banking products and CRM/FE in production and test environments, providing 2nd line support and on-duty 24x7 support, tracking and reporting problems to developers and vendors. Responsible for business services availability according to SLA’s. Taking responsibility for operation and implementation cross border. Additionally, responsible for Amazon Web Services applications supporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Core Banking products and CRM/FE installation and administration, ensuring satisfactory performance in accordance with agreed service levels;
  • Support business application testing processes and involvement of appropriate stakeholders;
  • Act as a 2nd level support, investigate and resolve incidents related with business applications;
  • Support high availability, reliability and performance of business applications daily;
  • Implement processes in accordance with ITIL best practices; 
  • Participate in IT user access rights granting and revoking processes;
  • Maintain business application documentation availability for responsible persons; prepare internal instructions for administrators, operators and Service Desk.

Skills and Experience:

  • Higher education, preferable in IT;
  • Knowledge of SQL, Oracle DB, Linux;
  • Preferable experience with Bank products;
  • High level of initiative and responsibility, driving results with energy and positive attitude;
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, ability to build strong relationship towards business areas, partners and suppliers;
  • Producing fresh and imaginative ideas and solutions, promoting change;
  • Possesses problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Good level of English;
  • Amazon Web Services Knowledge will be considered as advantage.
