Make the change as Risk Coordinator for Luminor’s ICAAP & ILAAP within the Enterprise Risk Team!

The Enterprise Risk Team is part of Luminor Group Risk and bundles key risk processes and tools that extend across all risk areas – including the risk appetite framework, stress testing, ICAAP & ILAAP, recovery and resolution planning as well risk reporting to key business stakeholders. Our mission is to build and maintain efficient processes and stress testing capabilities and to support Luminor’s business and growth, whilst ensuring that we are staying within our Risk Appetite and regulatory requirements. We are thinking out of the box and provide a second view on the bank’s business strategy. It is challenging, but truly exciting work with a big impact for the bank. You would be part of a collaborative and supportive team where you can create and implement ideas.

Does this sound exciting? These would be your responsibilities!

  • Developing and organizing the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) and Internal Liquidity Adequacy Assessment Process (ILAAP) from pan-Baltic perspective and leading the process in close cooperation with other areas of the organization
  • Presenting ICAAP & ILAAP to relevant stakeholders, including the management board and its sub-committees
  • Coordination of the consolidated Luminor Group ICAAP & ILAAP report and connected external deliveries
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance and regular follow-up on relevant regulations from EBA, ECB, local regulators, other)
  • Establishing and maintaining good cooperation with supervisory authorities and external auditors

What is needed for the job?

  • Strong analytical and holistic mindset
  • Excellent project management skills and structured way of working
  • Team player attitude and business acumen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Showing initiative in developing new ideas
  • Basic understanding of a bank’s balance sheet
  • An academic degree in business, finance or economics or related quantitative discipline
  • Any previous experience in risk management, stress testing, capital or liquidity requirements, capital management or regulatory reporting (e.g. COREP, FINREP) is considered a strong asset
