Perform the day-to-day overall management of the processes: provide a consistent approach to enable view and management of IT security processes, roles and responsibilities, reliable and repeatable activities.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • To establish and continuously improve IT security governance framework and processes within the IT organization;
  • To establish IT security policies, processes and procedures, process measurement and control mechanisms supporting business goals and ensuring compliance with information security and privacy requirements;
  • To design IT security processes and support process lifecycle;
  • To drive IT security processes implementation;
  • To develop, improve and own end-to-end IT security process documentation;
  • To monitor and audit IT security process performance;
  • To act as focal point for IT security process, communicate with and train interested parties;
  • To familiarize interested parties with IT security processes and train them;
  • To provide input for IT strategy creation and actively support IT strategy implementation;
  • To govern the way IT decisions are made and carried out within the organization;
  • To contribute to team and company performance through effective networking, collaboration and leading through example;
  • To take responsibility in professional self-development and contribute to own and team performance improvement by constructive feedback and relevant suggestions.

Requirements for this position:

  • IT processes knowledge;
  • Experience in leading process improvements;
  • Risk management experience;
  • Project management experience Information security standards knowledge;
  • Experience in designing and implementing processes (1-2 years’ experience);
  • People management and leadership experience (1-2 years’ experience);
  • Result oriented;
  • Initiative and high-level of responsibility;
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills;
  • Teamwork;
  • Effective communication.

Licenses, certifications:

  • ITIL (Preferable);
  • CISA (Preferable);
  • AUDITOR (Preferable).


  • Higher education (higher education in Computer science would be an advantage).


  • Fluency in English.
