We are looking for talent to help Luminor in building a safe new generation digital bank. We need technical, ambitious and detail-oriented people to our Information Security program. You would be acting as a bridge between business and engineers, working with both technical and non-technical audiences. As a business Analyst you will be translating business needs to requirements, identifying achievable opportunities, applying analytical thinking to find the solution. You must have an interest in information security and eagerness to learn.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Work closely with IT security program, product owners and IT units to define, analyze, document and manage requirements;
  • Work with the product teams in designing secure features by following principles of secure architecture and threat modeling;
  • Lead and work collaboratively with teams during the analysis process to ensure requirements quality assurance and customer satisfaction;
  • Perform critical analysis on information consolidated from multiple sources, identify and resolve conflicts, and break down high-level information into detailed workable requirements.

Your Technical Skills

  • Proven record of techniques to elicit and define functional and non-functional requirements;
  • Knowledge of cloud and network security, web application security & mobile security;
  • Proven record of participation in any IT security projects, such as Identity & Access Management, Technology Risk Management, Data Leakage Prevention, SIEM, etc.;
  • Comprehension of end to end vulnerability management workflow to include industry standards such as CVE, CPE, CVSS.

Your Non-technical Skills

  • Experience producing product artifacts, including use cases, product requirements, user journeys;
  • Able to communicate clearly and fluently with different stakeholders;
  • Able to build a shared understanding of the problems and determine potential solution;
  • Able to be self-organized, balanced and show initiative;
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail;
  • Strong team & individual player;
  • Willingness to travel.

Nice to have:   

  • Higher education (particularly bachelor’s degree at Information Technology, IT engineering, Computer Science, Business management);
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional project team;
  • Experience with banking products and services supporting applications migration and decommission shall be treated as advantage;
  • Experience in Security Framework (e.g. NIST, ISO27000, CSF, FSSP) ;
  • Possess professional or industry certifications, such as, CEH, MCSA, CISSP, SANS, and understand the security principles outlined in NIST and ISO27000.
