Based on Luminor defined financial and behavior targets, managing business and daily tasks in Service Center. By leading centers, support building the strong Luminor brand as superb service and unique experience organization and provide customer service by focusing on Omni channel customer experience in solution delivery. Promote entrepreneurial and business ownership principles in everyday way of working. Collaborate between Customer Service Centers, Remote Channels and other units. 

Your key Responsibilities

  • Organize, engage and motivate employees within your area of responsibility through building the strong team
  • Implement and ensure the customer servicing principles and standards according to Luminor brand in CSC (branch network)
  • Luminor strategy implementation in Service Center, by transforming it to plans, tasks and results
  • Ensure team resource planning and sufficiency based on customer flow and forecasts
  • Proactively looking for new target customers as well as working with existing portfolio customers
  • Based on defined principles/scope ensure service delivery to Business and Corporate customers
  • Collaboration with other service centers and remote channel and strong involvement in projects related to customer servicing and sales
  • Ensure omni channel principles in CSC
  • Take full business ownership of Center, including compliance regulations
  • Good understanding of market trends and customer expectations towards service centers
  • Apply Luminor culture principles and follow Luminor ethics and values in leading teams
  • Cross unit and border best practice sharing 

We are looking for proactive, open minded, goal and result oriented Leader with

  • 3 years experience in Retail business Sales support management, Customer service, Sales Team management
  • Proven record of managing successful teams and performance management (KPI / target setting and planning)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and analytical thinking
  • Excellent communication (also in written) skills
  • Knowledge of customer and employee behavior patterns
  • Lithuania must and advanced English languages
