In Luminor Leasing Operations department we reach out to create a positive experience for the customer each time we have a chance. At the same time we develop our processes and tools in order to satisfy the needs  of existing and future customers. Together with Sales teams we work in a strong value chain in order to achieve common goals and implement Luminor Strategy.

Key responsibilities:

  • To prepare new leasing and loan agreements;
  • To communicate with partner vendors, Luminor Bank employees and answer their questions about leasing agreement conditions;
  • To analyse received documents composition, authorities of signatures;
  • To ensure timely payment to vendors. Follow-up and secure that all documents have been received before out-payment to the vendor;
  • To organize signing procedure of new documents;
  • Support leasing clients on daily basis and answer their questions;
  • Participate in value chain meetings with other units and vendor teams.

Requirements: 

  • High education (economics, finance);  
  • Good communication skills; 
  • Customer orientation; 
  • Computer skills; 
  • Organizational, time planning skills; 
  • Positive attitude; 
  • English language skills;
  • Credit risk analysis experience would be an advantage.

Salary range offered for this position starts from 1248 EUR before the taxes*

*The salary level for the final candidate depends on the level of experience and competences. In Luminor, salary is one part of the overall remuneration policy.
